Certified Sports Nutritionist (CISSN)
 International Society of Sports Nutrition

Sports nutrition is a unique field that requires academic and real-world specialization and training.

Nutrition expertise is not the sole purview of Dietitians or Exercise Physiologists and certainly not achieved by winning a bodybuilding or powerlifting contest.

It is critical for all health/fitness/medical professionals who work with athletes or active individuals to have a fundamental understanding of the adaptive biological response, as well as the role nutrition plays, in the acute and chronic response to exercise.

The (CISSN) Certification was designed to validate that knowledge threshold through a collaborative effort by dozens of research scientists who have both research and practical experience in the field of sports nutrition.

We are not solely Academians.  Scott has recently achieved the prestigious CISSN Certification from the International Society of Sports Nutrition and also earned a post graduate diploma (MSc-Dip) in Applied Sport and Exercise Nutrition. With over 13 years of practical experience counseling people regarding their nutrition and supplement choices, coupled with this great academic background, he is uniquely qualified to help you put science to practice. We have worked with thousands of people including professional athletes as well as people interested in weight loss and general health.

We appreciate opportunities to work with trainers and coaches to enhance performance for their clients, teams and individual athletes.

Are you trying to lose body fat? Are you in a sport that requires explosive energy or endurance? Ask Us how to maximize your performance.

The ISSN is recognized by many Universities as offering the latest, cutting edge and non-biased information about the science and application of sports nutrition and supplements.
